Im afraid they do have a flat 50 damage resistance. NPC damage to other NPC is unaffected, and companions are NPC. Not that its that hard to get 10 charisma with some party time mentats and some booze.īut yeah very hard mode is just a damage slider, damage done by NPC + damage done by player. nerve increases damage and damage resistance of companions I don't think they have 50% damage resistance without 10 Charisma.
